Country Head & Director - Mishcon Global Capability Centre

Reshu is a People & Strategic leader with 23 years of experience in managing Global Operations and Transformation in a multicultural matrix environment with a span of 500+ employees. She brings a passion for delivering value to the company through a structured and continuous change approach. 

She is married to Nitin; loves travelling and exploring different cultures; enjoys playing Tennis.

Gunjan Dahiya

Vice President and Head of HR - Mishcon Global Capability Centre

With over 17 years of global HR experience across IP, Life Insurance & Telecom sectors, Gunjan specialises in talent management, HR transformation and cultural integration. She has led strategic projects, including scaling startups, managing acquisitions, and implementing performance frameworks across India and the US. 

James Libson

Managing Partner

James is the Managing Partner of Mishcon de Reya. He is a litigator who has been involved in a number of the highest profile cases of the last 20 years, including acting for Deborah Lipstadt in her defence of the claim brought against her by the holocaust denier, David Irving (which case was made into a film, Denial); for Gina Miller in both her recent Supreme Court challenges relating to Article 50 and, in 2019, prorogation; for the Jewish Labour Movement in its referral of the Labour Party to the EHRC; and for several other politicians across the political spectrum.

Matt Hotson

Chief Operating Officer

Matt is Chief Operating Officer of Mishcon de Reya. He has over 30 years' experience as a CFO/COO and in strategy, finance, operations and investor relations roles across a number of sectors including banking, insurance, asset management and telecoms. In addition to his role at Mishcon de Reya, Matt is a non-executive Director at Record Financial Group. 

Matt recently completed a PhD in Digital Economics in the Platform Economy and holds an MSc in Neuropharmacology from the Open University and an MA from Cambridge University where he studied Natural Sciences.
