Amit Jaggi is Chief Technology Officer of Mishcon GCC. An engineering leader with a passion for driving transformation and delivering results that matter, he brings over 25 years of leadership experience building and guiding high-performing engineering teams across large-scale products and programs. Having worked across Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America, Amit has developed a global perspective that enriches his approach to problem-solving and leadership. He believes exceptional outcomes come from combining technical excellence, clear vision, strong leadership, and a genuine investment in people.

Puneet is an experienced leader with more than 20 years of global operations across shared services, commercial management and risk management. He has built and scaled GCCs end-to-end covering operating model design, transitions, governance, talent, digitalization and cost transformation across financial services, legal, telecom, engineering and travel sectors. An executive MBA in Finance, PRINCE2 certified professional & AON certified rewards professional, Puneet is recognized for building high-performing teams, partnering with senior leadership & translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Gunjan brings 20 years experience in human capital strategy, organisation design and people operations across Legal Tech-IP, Life Insurance and Telecom sectors. She has led large-scale transformation programmes, including scaling organisations and high-growth start-ups to over 2,500 employees across India and the US. Gunjan specialises in talent strategy, leadership development, cultural integration and building future-ready HR operating models. Her experience includes leading pre & post-acquisition people programmes, implementing performance frameworks and shaping high-performance, values-driven cultures. She holds an MBA in HR & Marketing.

Daniel is the Managing Partner of Mishcon de Reya. He works for corporates, LLPs and senior executives in contentious and non-contentious matters that range from High Court and Employment Tribunal litigation to advice on recruitment, termination, discrimination and competition issues. He has litigated many landmark cases and he is an expert on restrictive covenant enforcement, team moves, discrimination, whistleblowing and employee reorganisation and restructuring.

Daniel has made a particular name for himself in financial services, including investment banking, private equity and hedge funds, and recruitment, media and sport.

Matt is Chief Operating Officer of Mishcon de Reya. He has over 30 years' experience as a CFO/COO and in strategy, finance, operations and investor relations roles across a number of sectors including banking, insurance, asset management and telecoms. In addition to his role at Mishcon de Reya, Matt is a non-executive Director at Record Financial Group.

Matt recently completed a PhD in Digital Economics in the Platform Economy and holds an MSc in Neuropharmacology from the Open University and an MA from Cambridge University where he studied Natural Sciences.
